SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax. Shipping charges are calculated by region of destination, weight, and delivery time. Accurate shipping charges will be reflected in the Website Shopping Cart based on specified order, shipping type, and destination address.  Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  

 

We will notify you of your order confirmation via email.  We offer standard shipping via the US Postal Service and packages are typically delivered between 5-7 business days following your order.  We currently do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional time for delivery.

 

International Shipping Policy

The website accepts orders from most countries outside the United States. We maintain the right to discontinue selling our products to any individual country.  Due to the complexity of legalities and international import regulations on nutritional supplements, international Customers must agree to our International Customer Policy in order to place an order for shipment outside of the United States.  The Company does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries outside of the United States.  Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for international shipping and customs clearance.

International Customer Policy

 

Some countries impose restrictions on the importation of certain supplements. Please research your country’s rules and regulations for the importation of N-Acetyl Cysteine and Sarcosine. If either supplement is restricted in your country, it will likely be returned, impounded, or destroyed, and the package will not reach its destination. If you order ProFrontal, you agree not to hold us responsible should you not receive your shipment or suffer any financial loss as a result of your attempt to import this product. If you order internationally and you do not receive your item, our responsibility to you will only extend so far as to demonstrate by USPS tracking or customs declaration number to prove shipment of the package. Our responsibility does not include tracking investigation in countries outside the US or beyond the scope of the US Postal Service.  We can only issue a refund of your purchase price once the package is returned to us. Returned international shipments can take 6-10 weeks.

 

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our products are the highest quality and top customer service is our goal. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it at no cost. Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion to us (along with any unopened bottles) within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Anytime beyond 60 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted. If you are unsatisfied after using our products as directed, return the empty containers, a copy of your invoice or email receipt, and an explanation concerning your dissatisfaction to:

Please include your e-mail address and phone number so we may contact you if necessary. If we are unable to contact you, we may be unable to process the guarantee. Please allow 60 days for us to process your request.  Returns will be limited to one instance per customer unless the return is for a damaged or defective product.
